This is a shortwave infrared halogen lamp, made for industrial coating work. It runs on 400V and cranks out 2500W in a compact 300mm tube. The lamp will throw off a lot of ambient heat in the chamber. The 300mm length is a smart part of the design. The tube is quartz, chosen because it handles rapid heating and cooling without cracking, and keeps output steady. We added a reflective coating to push more energy forward. That means less wasted heat to the sides, and more power hitting the target surface. Inside, the halogen element delivers shortwave infrared that gets right into the coating. It drives off solvents fast, without leaving the surface cold. And the R7s connector? It’s a tough, proven industrial fit—built for high current and high temperature. You get a solid connection that can take the grind of production, and swapping lamps is quick with almost no rework.
