You end up with these annoying cold spots, and getting a steady temperature across a 2-meter span feels like an uphill battle.&#xA;Instead of just throwing a bunch of separate lamps together and hoping for the best, we do things differently. We build continuous, custom-length heating units and pair them with gold reflector plates.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Why gold?&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;It comes down to where the heat actually goes. Aluminum reflectors are okay, but they soak up too much energy. Gold is different. It bounces the infrared radiation right back down onto the glass where it belongs, rather than letting it bleed into the furnace frame.&#xA;It&amp;rsquo;s a win-win. You waste less power, and your cooling systems don&amp;rsquo;t have to work overtime to keep the machine from overheating.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The headache of the 2-meter stretch&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Building something this long isn&amp;rsquo;t as simple as just making it longer. When you&amp;rsquo;re dealing with 2 meters of quartz tubing, gravity becomes your enemy. If you don&amp;rsquo;t support those tubes perfectly, they&amp;rsquo;ll sag. Or worse, they&amp;rsquo;ll snap.&#xA;To stop that from happening, we use precision mounting brackets. They keep everything straight and secure.&#xA;Then there&amp;rsquo;s the electricity. If you wire a 2-meter unit as one big circuit, the ends usually don&amp;rsquo;t get as hot as the middle. It&amp;rsquo;s frustrating. So, we break the unit into &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;zoned&lt;/a&gt; segments. This lets you tweak the heat at the entry, the middle, and the exit independently. You get total control.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A few things to keep in mind&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These units are pretty easy to swap into your old setup or build into a new one. You&amp;rsquo;ll finally get that consistent heat footprint across the whole conveyor.&#xA;But here is the catch: gold reflectors are &lt;em&gt;efficient&lt;/em&gt;. That means a lot of heat is concentrated, and the outer skin of your furnace is going to get hot. Just make sure your ventilation can handle the extra warmth. If you skip that part, you might end up frying your control wiring, and nobody wants to deal with that.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
