Think display windows, labs, anywhere dust can’t be tolerated and temperature swings are a no-go. Traditional heaters push air around. That stirs up dust and creates uneven heat. Our infrared heaters do something different. They deliver radiant warmth—no moving air, no drafts. Just pure, quiet heat exactly where you need it.
The Heart of the Matter
Inside every unit is a shortwave infrared halogen tube, designed to pack a lot of heat into a small space. These tubes come ready for whatever power setup you’ve got—220–240V or 400V. Going with higher voltage? It means less current, which keeps wiring simpler and prevents voltage drop over longer runs. And the tube length is chosen to match your space—anywhere from 300mm to 1200mm—so you’re heating the right spot without overheating what’s nearby.
Built to Last, Designed to Fit
The heating element lives inside a halogen-filled quartz tube. Quartz handles rapid heating and cooling without breaking a sweat, so performance stays steady even with frequent on/off cycles. And the halogen cycle keeps the filament clean, which helps the lamp stay consistent over time. We also coat the tube to control infrared output and keep surface contamination to a minimum. Swapping a tube is easy, too. We use standard R7s connectors, so you can replace one on the spot without tools. If your fixture uses a different base, we can match it with SK15 or other connectors.
Where It Shines
In display windows, the fake flame effect adds visual warmth while the infrared tube quietly delivers heat that doesn’t ruffle displays or fog up glass. In labs and cleanrooms, there are no fans—so no airflow kicking up particles. You get a stable thermal environment with minimal temperature swing. Now, there is one thing to keep in mind. Because the heat is dense, the area around the unit needs a little attention. You’ll want good ventilation and a plan to keep the enclosure from running hot.
